Fetal Alcohol Spectrum DisordersPrimary Research Area
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) is the focus of my research. I am particularly interested in early diagnosis for children affected by prenatal alcohol exposure. Early diagnosis will pave the way to early intervention for affected children. We are beginning to implement early interventions with infants and toddlers in South Africa who have a preliminary diagnosis on the FASD spectrum.
