Nexus of Risk: Sexual Assault, Alcohol Use, and Risky Sex among College Women

To examine situational precipitants of sexual assault, risky sexual behavior, and substance use among college women using Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA). To examine also individual difference factors (e.g., sexual victimization history, alcohol-related problems) that may influence the relationships among situational precipitants and sexual assault, risky sexual behavior, and substance use. Finally, to examine whether an EMA and Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI) condition, relative to an EMA-only and a minimal assessment only condition, decreases incidents of sexual assault, risky sexual behavior, and substance use among freshman women.
